JMTechnical Group is looking for a Multi-skilled Labourer to join their team. Labourers are responsible for doing manual work which requires high physical fitness and strength.

The main duties are:
● Assisting the lead builder
● Grounds maintenance
● Driving plant

Other duties include:
● Lifting and moving heavy materials
● Clearing sites
● Digging & laying foundations
● Receiving delivery of plant and equipment
● Cladding, Roofing and Concreting

The Candidate
Bit of an all-rounder and experienced within the duties listed opposite.

Candidate skills:
● Working as part of a team
● Good attitude and work ethic
● Excellent attention to detail
● Honest, reliable, hard-working timekeeper
● Physical stamina and strength
● Awareness of health and safety
● Able to work at heights

Experience
Previous experience on construction / building site is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

The Position
The position is being offered as a full time, permanent role if the candidate can be on-time and show willingness to help. Position is subject to a successful probationary period.

Salary
£10.50 - £16.00p/h depending on experience (paid fort-nightly)

Location & Schedule
On-site, Ashill IP25. Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:00. Weekend and overtime work available.

JMTechnical Group is looking for a Warehouse / Production Operative to join their workshop.

The main duties are:
● Fabricating
● Assemble products using prescribed processes
● Inspecting products
● Checking quality of the products

The Candidate
Bit of an all-rounder and experienced within the duties listed above.

Experience:
● Experience in fabrication preferred but not essential
● Able to read drawings / assembly product instructions
● Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable, however consideration will be given to candidates without who can show a desire to learn new skills and willingness to work
● Hand tools: 1 year (required)
● Power tools: 1 year (required)

JMTechnical Group is looking for a Tig-welder / Fabricator to join their team who will be responsible for carrying out cosmetic panel work for checkpoint security solutions.

The main duties are:
● Read, interpret and follow engineering drawings to ensure exact specifications result
● Fabrication
● TIG Welding
● Grinding and polishing equipment using various tools
● Carrying out quality checks to ensure standards are met
● Comply with health and safety regulations

The candidate:
We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder / fabricator for manufacture and assembly of our checkpoint security lanes. TIG welding of 1mm – 3mm stainless steel sheet required.

Experience
● Experience in similar role preferred
● Fabrication
● Welding fabrications
